Overview:
Using iMovie, you will plan and create a digital vision board for yourself. You will be sharing your personal short-term and long-term goals - what you hope to achieve now and in the future. You will state the barriers to these goals in your life (self, family, friends, environment, etc: what we learned from class previously). You will then break down at least 1 short-term goal and set a plan on how to will go about achieving it.
After the due date, I want you to watch your digital vision board over the next 2 weeks and start taking steps to reach your short-term goal (and long-term goals too!) You may watch it when you first wake up, during the day or right before you go to bed - whichever works best for you! I recommend that you watch it every day.
You will not be required to share this project with the class. I want you to truly create a project that will benefit you and allow you to think about your personal goals in life. As we talked about in class, stating your TRUE life goals to others can be scary. However, we also know that this can be a great tool in helping you to reach these goals! So, if you decide, you may upload your project onto our class page for others to view and I will give you an addition 5 bonus points.
After this project, we will do a reflection activity and learn about assessing and re-adjusting goals as needed.
